Hello lovelies! I hope the new year is treating you well. ☺️

I don’t usually do the whole new year’s resolutions thing, since it doesn’t feel very organic for me and I’m afraid the changes don’t last long if at all. Instead of that I think every day is a good day to start implementing a new useful habit.

So I’ve decided to start this series called “6 Ideas for Sustainable Habits” on different topics. And what better topic to kick things off with, than ✨FOOD✨.

Have you implemented any of those habits in your life already? Do you see any that you would like to try? By the way if all 6 are new to you I truly believe it’s better not to overwhelm yourself with too much at the time. Just pick up one, try it for a week or a month, see how it works for you and feel free to share your progress ( or lack of ) with us.
