Let me tell you – I’m generally very happy with my diet. Overtime I learned that I function best when I eat simple foods – fruits and vegetables, freshly baked bread, grains, yogurt (we Bulgarians have the best yogurt! 😋 ). But every so often I get tempted by things like crisps and chocolate biscuits. And what bothers me is not so much how many calories they contain, but what the calories are packаged in. 🙃

So since #plasticfreejuly starts soon I’m going to challenge myself and try not to buy any of those delicious, but overly packaged, treats and try to find some alternatives.
